| | The Promotion Committee aims to create a positive image of downtown Orange and maintain community pride in the central business district. The committee oversees promotional programs such as Pictures with Santa, Halloween Trick or Treating Downtown, Arts Alive!, a Scarecrow Contest and the Easter Egg Hunt.

ODA has set about enhancing the visual quality of downtown by addressing all the elements of its environment - not just buildings and storefronts but also signs, public improvements, landscaping, merchandise displays, and promotional materials.

Meeting Schedule: First Monday at 9:00 AM - ODA Office | | | All the efforts of ODA will not matter a bit if downtown Orange cannot support its existing businesses and attract new ones. ODA works in this area to strengthen downtown's existing assets and to fulfill its market potential by improving the competitiveness of downtown merchants, recruiting new businesses, and converting unused space into housing, offices, or cultural facilities.

Meeting Schedule: As Needed | | | The Celebrate Orange Committee is responsible for the promotion of Town through special events that feature music and art. The two main events that the committee plans, organizes, and sponsors are the Picnic in the Park 4th of July Celebration and the Music on Main Street New Year's Celebration.
